Safe Practise

At Hills Community Church we value Safe Practise. This means our volunteers, church members, program participants and visitors are clearly communicated with, welcomed, respected, and cared for. Any of our volunteers who work with children, youth or elderly undergo police vetting, reference checking and safety training. We are overseen by the Anglican Diocese of Nelson and follow their standards and ethics for ministry. You can find more information about ministry standards here:
